The contact owns a 2013 Ford Fusion. The contact received a notification of NHTSA recall campaign number: 18V592000 (Equipment) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer confirmed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced the failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
THIS IS A COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR COMMERCIAL. WE TRY TO TEACH OR CHILDREN TO BE TOLERANT OF OTHERS AND YOUR COMMERCIAL SHOWING ADULTS TALKING AT THE PLAY GROUND SHOWS JUST THE OPPOSITE. THE WOMAN SITTING WITH HER SON IS DEFINITELY BEING MADE TO FEEL LIKE AN OUTSIDER. I FILLED IN THE ABOVE BLANK WITH VEHICLE INFO ONLY SO IT WOULD BE SENT. *TR
WAS PULLING ONTO A MAIN ROAD TURNING LEFT OUT OF A PARKING LOT. SPEED WAS ROUGHLY 5 MPH. RECEIVED AN ERROR LIGHT, SYSTEM SAID LOSS OF ADVANCETRAC, THEN SUBSEQUENTLY MULTIPLE ERROR LIGHTS APPEARED ON THE DASH (WRENCH, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, TRACTION CONTROL LIGHTS). MADE IT INTO THE MEDIAN. VEHICLE WAS STILL "RUNNING", SO I ATTEMPTED TO ACCELERATE INTO THE MAIN ROAD. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE VEHICLE WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS PRESSED, SO I LET UP TO COAST. THE VEHICLE THEN ACCELERATED GENTLY ON IT'S OWN. I MERGED INTO THE LANE, AND LET THE VEHICLE ACCELERATE ON IT'S OWN UP TO SPEED. IT GOT UP TO 40MPH BEFORE I HIT THE BRAKES TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO A STOP. I CAME TO A RED LIGHT. WHILE I WAS SITTING THERE, I TRIED PUTTING THE VEHICLE INTO PARK AND BACK INTO DRIVE. IT DIDN'T SEEM TO MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. FROM THERE, THE LIGHT TURNED GREEN, AND WHEN I TOOK MY FOOT OFF THE BRAKE THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO ACCELERATE AGAIN ON IT'S OWN. AGAIN, IT ACCELERATED ON IT'S OWN UP TO 40MPH BEFORE I HAD TO SUPPRESS THE ACCELERATION WITH THE BRAKE. AT NO POINT DID THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL RESPOND TO ANY PRESSING. I NAVIGATED INTO A PARKING LOT WHERE I SUBSEQUENTLY TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE AND TURNED IT BACK ON. THE WARNING LIGHTS HAD NOT CHANGED, BUT THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVABLE. I THEN WENT STRAIGHT TO THE NEAREST FORD DEALERSHIP WHERE THEY RAN THE 14-0020 TSB WHICH SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE PROBLEM. *TR
IT'S A COMPLAINT I HAVE WITH THE FORD SYNC SYSTEM. I HAVE THIS ISSUE PRETTY MUCH SINCE THE FIRST WEEK I HAD MY CAR. HOWEVER, THINGS JUST GET WORST TODAY. NORMALLY, THE NAVIGATION DELAYS ABOUT COUPLE MINUTES BEFORE WORKING; HOWEVER, THIS TIME MY FORD NAVIGATION SYSTEM JUST DOESN'T WORK FOR MORE THAN 40 MINS....WELL, A 798 NAVIGATION PERFORMANCE EVEN WORSE THAN A CHEAP GARMIN NAVI.... AND I AM NOT IN CITY, I AM AT AN I-696 EXIT NEAR BY FARMINGTON HILL...AND THINGS GET EVEN WORSE IS SYNC SYSTEM ALSO CRASHED FOR MORE THAN 5 MINS UNTIL EVERYTHING IS BACK ONLINE... FORD PLEASE FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE GOOGLE MAP ON IPHONE EVEN NAVIGATE BETTER THEN YOUR 798 NAVIGATION. AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR STUPID NAVIGATION SYSTEM, I HAVE TO SPEND 40 MINS WAITING WHILE I AM HUNGRY DURING THE DINNER TIME..... *TR
