The emergency braking anti collision system will engage when I am driving and there is nothing in front of me, regardless if there is a car or even a shadow the system will start to engage. I've had this happen on multiple occasions whether driving on a highway or neighborhood street. This has not been inspected by anyone yet and has not yielded any damage or accidents just yet.

Whilst driving on the freeway, on multiple occasions, the automatic emergency braking system of the car engaged even though there was no car near me whether in front, to the sides or behind. On one of the occasions the automatic breaks kicked in with no car around me or in front of me, I estimate I was travelling around 60 MPH and the car immediately braked down straight to around 30-40 MPH.

On at least 3 occasions while driving on a city street the the automatic brake system kicks on and will violently stop the car in the middle of the road. 2018 honda accord- purchase car in sept 2018, in november 2019 inching forward to see clearly to make a left turn, oncoming car to my right, stepped on the brakes and nothing, no brakes and lots of warnings on the dash. When I went to the honda dealer in 2019 to change my oil, they have said that my rear brake pads need to be replaced even though I have had the vehicle for a couple of months. It was very bizarre to me as the car is fwd and the engine is in the front, thus making more stress on the front brake pads instead of the rear brake pads.
