On at least 3 occasions while driving on a city street the the automatic brake system kicks on and will violently stop the car in the middle of the road. Each time there has been no vehicle in front of me or even near me that would cause this to occur. Additionally, each time I was not going any faster than 45-50 mile per hour.

My brakes are very sensitive. Every time you brake it brakes hard. When I brake at 50 MPH the steering wheel and brakes vibrate.

I was coming to a stop sign signal left and I was pressing the brake lightly to come to complete stop and the was a car turn into my street the opposite lane though and he turned my car slam stop unexpectedly causing my passi g to jerk and I hard strain our necks! Whip lash over nothing so dangerous! Also one time entering the highway I slow or was coming to a stop for nothing!

Rear brake pads are wearing out way faster than the front. Seems it is some type of manufacturing defect. I found out many other owners of this model have the same issue and was informed if enough people file this complaint, they may offer a remedy or recall to correct this issue.

Car will apply brakes for no reason,, was driving at high speeds with nothing in front of me and brakes will apply on the highway and car would stop.

Passenger rear brake pad on caliper side is worn to wear indicator. All other pads front and rear are normal. Caliper appears to be faulty as it was locked into position against rotor and only that pad was worn

On two occasions when parked and in accessory mode for a few minutes all dashboard and exterior lights began flashing wildly and brake system failure warning appeared. On both occasions the engine would not start. After exiting the car and returning later, the car started as normal.

2018 honda accord. Consumer writes in regards to unintended vehicle rollaway. *ld the consumer stated while the vehicle was off and in park it began to roll away backwards almost striking the driver.

Every time I try to disengage the parking break it shows a warning that the brake systems is failing.

Rear breaks wear out only after 14,000 miles. Purchased car brand new and rear breaks did not last more than 14,000 miles. I am very gentle driver and expect to rear breaks to last at least 24,000 or more.

While driving down the highway my car just brakes. It doesn't come to a complete stop but it is dangerous. If I don't put on my turn signal before I start to change lanes it will brake.

Rear brake pads are wearing quicker than the front, I barley have any life in the rear pads. (wearing out twice as fast as they normally should) just like what happened to the 2008-2010 accords. Honda looked at the issue and completely ignored it, they told me its dangerous if I dont change them and they didnt say anything about them wearing out quick.

Today 06-26-19 I was driving about 5mph out of a parking lot going very slow, I was ready to turn onto a road that is not busy at all, out of nowhere my car brakes locked violently suddenly. I purchased a new 2018 honda accord sport june of 2018. I have had my car into honda more than 7 times for the same issue with the brake mitigation system. The car brakes on its own with no reason.

The braking system hesitates and grabs. It is like there are several stages or steps in the brake. It is almost impossible to stop smoothly.

Vehicle exhibited electronic brake booster failure after less than 100 miles of driving. The brake pedal has a hard "step" in it, and grabs very suddenly once the step is overcome. This makes smooth braking, especially when coming to a stop, nearly impossible.

Brakes grabbing and almost uncontrollable. At low speeds, touch brakes lightly and they do little to stop the car. Depress brakes harder and the pedal 'steps' in and the brakes grab abruptly.
