Ford is taking appointments for recall replacement of orignal recall part but then when you show up to dealership being told no idea when parts will be in due to covid , recall notice said this is safety issue but we are told to keep coming back next year; should not they tell us prior to taking off work and coming in that recall notice is joke and plans are not until next year to potentially fix?

You're hearing a loud roaring noise from the rear of your vehicle at various speeds, and you've discovered the steel belts on both rear tires are prematurely worn. Your A-pillar trim pieces (the vertical trim at the top of your doors) are also loose. While you found two related recall campaigns, your dealer said your vehicle isn't covered under the suspension recall because a previous owner already had it repaired, and the parts needed for the structure recall aren't currently available. You'll likely need to replace both rear tires and have the A-pillar trim pieces reattached or replaced.

My unit is suffering since day one from the exhaust issue, almost textbook to the typical description in the news; upon acceleration with the a/c on, the exhaust of the vehicle get in presumably through the back of the vehicle, which are then sucked into the a/c by it's suction units on the back and you end up smelling the exhaust gases for a while.
