2015 Ford Explorer Backup System Problems

The rear backup camera continually fails due to what appears to be a faulty electrical connection. It stops working while in the middle of a backup almost causing a collision. sometimes it does not work at all.

The reverse camera randomly cuts out while I am reversing. I have almost hit cars and can't rely on it to back up safely.

It is currently a recall for 2020 and 2021 models.

When the car is in reverse the back up camera malfunctions. Sometimes the picture is distorted or appears backwards. For instance, the curb may be on the right side of my car, but appears on the left in the camera.

My back up camera and sensor will not work all the time. Sometimes the picture will show up on my screen, sometimes it will not with the notification to contact the dealership, and other times nothing the touch screen with not show anything and the sensor will not beep. There is no reason for these items to not be working

When I put my car in reverse and start backing up my backup camera screen flickers and then goes completeley blank. My 2015 Ford Explorer only has 31,000 miles on it.

The backup camera goes black then comes back on backwards. Its very unsafe when trying to use it. There is a recall for the 2020 models, not sure if mine can be remedied, as well.
