Your Forward Collision Avoidance system unexpectedly applied your brakes while you were driving at 5 MPH, even though there was no collision threat. After pressing the brake pedal and then the accelerator to restart the vehicle, the system appeared to stop acting up. This happened at around 130,000 miles. The fix may involve diagnosing the collision avoidance sensors or control module to identify why it falsely activated.
