Infotainment system completely shuts off at random moments and not form of reset will bring them to work again. Forward Collision Warning: Will sound at times even if there is absolutely nothing ahead of you. Lane departure is not always “available at this time”.

Leased vehicle 8/31/24, HondaLink app crashed within 45 minutes of leaving the dealership. Spent the next 3.5 months on the phone and emailing regularly with Honda for assistance, updates, or a solution, usually with limited response and no resolution. I’ve had a couple of issues with this vehicle along with others I know with the same car. When charging it has said a couple of times “not sending power” when public charger seems to be in good condition & there being funds on the card. When closing the panoramic sunroof right when it’s about to close it opens back up.

I have had my prologue for about two months now and have noticed that I receive a warning about reduced acceleration "randomly." I say “randomly” because I’ve observed that it appears during two specific situations. I get that warning whenever I’m low (less than 20%), so this is not random as it seems consistent.

After using the turn signal, instead of self-cancelling it will operate turn signals in the opposite direction for several flashes and then cancel. Since the turn signal over cancels it causes an increased risk of collision with other drivers who could easily misinterpret intended action.

Main screen that operates the vehicle shuts off periodically and will not return on. Upon restart multiple times the screen will partially open and appear on but touch screen features does not work. Two weeks ago, an alert appeared stating that the charge port door was open. The door was closed and no amount of opening and closing the door would stop the alert from repeatedly appearing. After about 2 hours, a new alert would appear either before or after the the alert for the charge door.

While driving at freeway speeds, a red check engine warning appeared along with a “Service High Voltage System” message. Immediately afterward, the vehicle’s heater stopped working, causing the windshield to fog up. I activate the right turn signal then turn right. When the turn is complete and the steering wheel straightens out, the right turn signal is automatically cancelled (as is normal). However, one out of about five times, after the right turn signal is automatically cancelled, the *left* turn signal activates for three blinks, as though it was momentarily pressed.

Back up Camera -- Honda Prologue Elite model does not have night vision back up camera. In the night when you reverse your car nothing is visible unless you press breaks. I realized this when I got loaner car and lower model has full visibility in the dark but my Elite back up camera does not have night vision.

After charging my car from ~20% to 80% over the course of ~8 hours, I powered on the car, reversed out of my parking space, and began driving. Automatic braking is very sensitive, especially in the rain, and even more so when backing up in the rain. Simply put the charging system will not stop at preset percentage and will charge to 100 percent most of the time. I would say it fails to stop and continues to 100 percent about 70 percent to the time. From what I understand charging to 100% on a daily basis can damage the battery and potentially cause a safety issue under certain circumstances, such as storage and temperature.

After updating my Prologue and driving it for a few miles, I'm now seeing a message that says: "Service High Voltage System / Service vehicle soon." The car will not accept a charge at all and the heat/defroster will not work. It will only blow cold air (which may just be outside air circulating meaning full HVAC isn’t working).

The buttons for changing songs have not worked at random times after turning on the vehicle. Also the car has had some problems when it comes to detecting a vehicle in front causing the car to slow down when in adaptive cruise control

Twice in the total 750 mileage on the Prologue, warnings have come on that state “Service High Voltage System" and "Reduced Acceleration Drive with Care.” This occurred on 01/03/2025 at ~300 miles and again on 02/02/2025 ~750 miles. This error seems to be widespread with low-mileage Prologues, but Honda does not appear to be recalling to correct.

Propulsion System Failure light came on and vehicle lost all cabin heat. This occurred in winter (January) and since there is no heat all vehicle windows fog over, obscuring the view of the road and other drivers. All vehicle occupants are also at risk of exposure due to complete lack of heating in sub-freezing January temperatures.

This vehicle has remote features to lock, unlock and remote start the vehicle. However the app is not able to connect with the car often and the commands "'fail" which is a safety issue because it is an electric vehicle. So if the electrical or technological parts of the vehicle are failing, what else is going on.

I purchased a Honda Prolauge Touring. Radio and Turn signal sounds suddenly stopped. While driving, the sound indicates that the turn signal is out.

The turn signal sometime signals the opposite direction after the completion of a turn. For example, I'll signal for a left turn, make a left turn, and the Honda starts signaling a right turn for about 3 seconds.

For the second time in 7 months since I’ve owned the car, I need to get it serviced for an error on the panel names “System Voltage Error”. As a result, the car can’t be charged (EV), the heating doesn’t work in the middle of winter, and acceleration is reduced.

My sunroof has a constant issue when I fully open it and then try to close it. When I tried to close it the sunroof does close, but it immediately opens back up by itself. It takes me 5 to 10 tries to try to close it back up once it closes and you open it back up it does it again and it reopens by itself.

Anytime the headlights are turned on, the center console Infotainment system starts scrolling through random menus and initiating button presses on any option available in the menu it is on. It also becomes completely unresponsive to human button presses while this happens.

when you setup your EV to charge over night to 80 percent or what ever percentage it will charge more then what you programmed it to do....it will be more. Which can be very dangerous. It continues to do this since day one.

Both screens suddenly turned black while I was driving. I had no way to restart the screen, even after shutting off the car and turning back off. The two black screen remain on, but no way to see charging status, speed, control lights, etc.
