Sunroof on accord exploded while driving. The edges of the shards were pointing upwards. Dealer is saying that we were hit by something and is not covered under warranty.

When sun is in front of car and low in the sky, windshield looks as if it is covered with dirt, to the point that I cannot see through it. I want to get it replaced asap, so it may or may not be available for inspection. When this happens, I cannot see anything in front of me: cars, people, the road.

My car was stationary parked in the garage. I went out to go to work and a crack in the windshield ran from the right side across and down the windshield. No marks of impact and nothing fell on it in the garage.if you search online many people have had this same problem with 2017-2020 honda accords.
