2017 Honda Accord Electronic Stability Control Esc Problems

I was sitting in my garage comparing features from my 2017 accord hybrid with the 2020 accord hybrid my wife just got. The collision mitigation system problem, road departure mitigation system problem, adaptive cruise control problem came on. When I drove it I realized I'd lost control over those features.

For three mornings in a row, upon starting the vehicle all the malfunction indicators for the vehicle assist systems became illuminated. On the two previous days, after driving for a short distance and restarting the vehicle, the malfunction indicators stopped illuminating. However, after several restart attempts this morning, the malfunction indicators remained illuminated.
