2016 Ford Fusion Airbags Problems

I went to pick my daughter up from school as usual and the brakes would not work when I tried to stop in the turn loop. It caused me to crash the side of the car into a cement light post.

After a rear-end collision, my passenger front air bag light comes on intermittently. Because of this, I don't know if the air bag was compromised or if the collision caused a faulty sensor. I can't get an answer from Ford.

Air bags failed to deploy during a roll over accident. Vehicle is in the possession on State Farm insurance.

On August the 17th, 2022 at approximately 1 pm our vehicle was rear-ended and was pushed into another vehicle from a dead stop in a traffic jam by a Chevy Van traveling between 45 and 50 MPH until impact. Not a single airbag had deployed during or after the accident.

My car seat undercarriage is disattached. I took my car in to a nearby ford dealership and was told my VIN number was not associated with the recalls. Although my car's VIN did not have a recall, I am having the same issues as everyone else that had a recall.

On saturday mar 31,2018 on my way home from work I was going through a green light on a city street and hit a car that failed to stop. The front end of car hit the right side of the other car. None of my airbags deployed and my car has been totaled due to massive front end damage

"takata recall" I was informed of the recall of the airbags on my vehicle, by letter, july, 2016. Since that time, I have contacted my local dealership for a replacement part, to no avail. There are no parts that have been made to replace the defective ones in my vehicle, and the company, as you know, is bankrupt.

Air bags did not deploy in my accident. Front end damage doing about 27 MPH into a side of a mini-van going about 35-40 right through a yield sign. The driver in the mini-van disregarded the yield sign in a residential neighborhood posted 25 MPH and he was doing at least 35-40.

Upon deployment the airbag cover spilt down the middle and did not fully deploy during impact with another vehicle. This occurred on the highway, I was cut off and the other vehicle came to a full hard stop in front of me, despite applying maximum breaking force, I had no distance to stop and rear ended the other vehicle.

I was in a residential area and came to a 2 way stop going west bound. I saw a vehicle approaching going west bound. I made a left turn.

My airbag light suddenly came on this morning and my light blinking off for the airbag was blinking my whole trip to work.

The airbag sensor keeps popping on and off in the car… Also, the car is not shifting properly between gears… There is supreme hesitation involved.. there is so much noise coming from the steering column and/or the airbag system.. just out of the blue

Airbag light comes on after you start the car but there is no issue. Recall was fixed recently as well but apparently the senor is not covered in the recall.

The air bag warning light will come on, will stay on until you cut the car off, but then it may not come back on next time. It's inconsistent. Sometimes it stays on while the car is running, sometimes it goes off a few seconds after cranking like it is supposed to do

Dealership here in florida states okay? Stearing is a problematic , electrical systems need to be checked, turning needs to checked. They have my car listed as a hybrid?

I still haven't had my air bag replaced by our local ford dealer. I received a notification earlier this year that it would be replaced before the year is up. So far, I have heard nothing.

Takata recall - wish to have the bags replaced.

2016 ford fusion. Consumer writes in regards to an issue with the body control module. The consumer stated in 80 degree weather the windows would not roll down and the a/c was inoperable.

The airbag comes on when car is started and stays on. Even while driving.

I was driving down the highway and the front airbag malfunction light came on. It was rainy and roads were wet when it came on.

Airbag light will not go off when I start my car. The light has been on throughout the entire day.

My airbag in my steering wheel is popped up and the sync system for my radio keeps disconnecting and just will not connect at all. Did a factory reset witch solved the problem for only a couple days and went back to not working again

Air bag sensor came on and will not go off. It isn't working properly. The airbag sensor light comes on and stays on, regardless if there is a person in the seat or not.

Passengers air bag sensor does not work properly. When starting the car the passengers airbag light (0ff) comes on and goes away immediately regardless if there is a person in the sit (adult). Air bag seems to be on all the time with no light indicated.

Takata recall- I had on previous ford fusion. Tires, stability, wipers, ripped into I just bought two new tires august 2018. The car is under 9,000.

The air bag will not go off

Upon entering an intersection,the signal light was green and my car was stuck by a car that ran the red light. My car was hit on the front passenger side and then the other car slammed into my car again.
