Your engine keeps shutting off unexpectedly, and this has been happening for several months even after multiple dealership visits. The stalling has occurred at least 5 times since your last service appointment, including twice today and several times while driving on the interstate. The dealership will likely need to perform a comprehensive engine diagnostic to identify the root cause, which could involve checking fuel delivery, ignition timing, or engine control module issues.

Your 2024 Ford Escape has a documented defect in the engine system that has caused chemical residue to enter the cabin, potentially affecting occupant health during operation. An authorized Ford dealership has confirmed the presence of this defect but stated they have no established repair or decontamination procedure. Despite these health concerns, Ford has indicated the vehicle is safe to drive, but you believe it remains a safety hazard. Resolving this issue will likely require Ford to develop and implement a decontamination or engine component replacement procedure.
