Your truck's forward collision warning system unexpectedly activated and applied the brakes while you were driving through an intersection at about 10 mph, even though no vehicle was in front of you. The sudden braking jerked your body and could have caused a rear-end collision from the car behind you. The dealership found no error codes but suggested the sensors may have mistakenly detected a vehicle that wasn't there.
