Your right front passenger seat cushion appears to be collapsed or defective, which was noticeable even at just 29 miles on the odometer. You've noticed it's visibly lower than the driver's seat, and you're concerned it could fail structurally during an accident and injure a passenger. Both the dealer and Toyota North America have declined to address the issue. Fixing this will likely require the seat cushion to be replaced or the seat assembly to be inspected and repaired by a Toyota technician.
