Your 2025 Tacoma's lane departure warning and forward collision avoidance systems may have failed to alert your husband before he crossed into oncoming traffic, resulting in a serious collision. You reported the previous week that the lane assist wasn't working and the touchscreen wasn't responding when you tried to enable it. The vehicle's Safety Sense system did not prevent this accident.
