Your Cosco Mightyfit LX car seat's shoulder harness strap keeps disconnecting from the rear buckle loop on its own—it's happened about 5 times. When you go to unbuckle your child, you find one strap has pulled free from the back of the seat. This is a serious safety concern because if you're in a crash, your child might not stay securely in the seat if the harness isn't properly connected. The fix would likely involve inspecting the harness attachment points and either reattaching or replacing the faulty strap connection hardware.
