Your driver side blind spot monitor periodically stops working when you start the vehicle, either through the Toyota app or normally. The light won't come back on during your entire trip unless you restart the vehicle or toggle the blind spot monitor off and on in the settings. This creates a safety risk since you may not realize the system isn't working and could miss a vehicle in your blind spot. Fixing this will likely require Toyota to diagnose the sensor or electrical connection to the blind spot monitor system.

My vehicle will jerk into the left lane of the road when lane keeping assistance is activated. It appears isolated only to situations when I am travelling on roads that were recently repaved and lines haven't been painted yet. However, these roads are equipped with consistent reflective indicators marking the center of the road because these roads remain unpainted for months.
