Your seat belt strap is showing wear with fraying along part of its length. While this doesn't affect the belt's current function, frayed straps can worsen over time and may eventually compromise the seat belt's safety performance. Toyota or an authorized dealer can inspect and replace the damaged seat belt assembly.
