2015 Nissan Versa Note Cruise Control Problems

I was driving on a highway at night when a car with lights as bright as a football stadium came up behind me. I could no longer see the road in front of me and had to slow down and pull off the road until the car went around me. This was dangerous and could have caused a horrific accident with possible deaths.

With 68 miles on car, a click sound is always heard each time the air conditioning button is pressed to on position/light and the engine smells hot and gives off a burning smell every single time the car goes over 65 MPH/acceleration from 60 to 65mph or from any other speed/MPH up to 65mph makes the smell of a hot engine.

When the failure occurred, the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration because the driver was not able to immediately release the pedal.

Vehicle stalls/hesitates when accelerating if engine is warm. Will restart immediately if stalls, but continued attempts to accelerate result in hesitation or stalling. This has occurred in traffic as well as from a complete stop after being parked, but still warm.

Pulled into parking space, speed 2-3 MPH., car went into full acceleration, hit brakes as hard as possible,car jumped 10 foot parking divider, side- swiped lamp post, hit parked car in rear wheel area tearing off rear bumper,my car lurched to left and finally decelerated. Towed to premier nissan of stevens creek santa clara,calif. Filed claim, awaiting inspection.

Takata recall when I purchased my vehicle, I took it back to the dealership to have it checked. While driving, ican hear wind as if a window is slightly down. They drove another versa note, came back and told me the other versa note had the same sound and did nothing to correct the seals on my windows.,it was that way when I purchased it.

2015 nissan versa note hesitant when taking off. Trouble switching gears. Late shift time.

My vehicle is shifting and revving it is buzzing and it shakes while in motion it takes time to change the speed.

While pressing down the pedal to engage the car to pick up speed the car pedal was stuck to the floor. While driving on highway 183 heading north, I had to call 911 to get assistance from the operator to safely slow the vehicle. This is the second time the car accelerated to an unsafe speed while trying to drive home.

I have changed transmission on 2 occasions and still having a problem

Car throwing p2135 code - will stop running at random and won't respond to acceleration by gas pedal. Car must be stopped, turned off and back on again in order for the sensor to boot back up. Very dangerous and has shut off on me on the interstate!!

I was coming out of my drive way at 5-10 MPH and the car accelerated without me putting my foot on the gas. It was not a huge acceleration but I still have concerns.
