The contact owns a 2022 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle sporadically swerved into the right lane. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to another dealer, Gerald Nissan of Naperville (1575 W Ogden Ave, Naperville, IL 60540) who informed the contact that the shocks and another unknown part needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 13,000.
