The contact owns a 2022 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while driving 75-80 MPH, the vehicle decelerated unintendedly to 40 MPH. The contact was able to drive 20 MPH to the dealer, where the battery was replaced; however, the failure recurred while driving. The vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer, where an unknown repair was performed; however, the failure recurred. The ABS warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to another dealer, where the failure was linked to the engine. An unknown repair was performed; however, the failure persisted. The contact stated while driving 80 MPH, the vehicle unintendedly decelerated to 30 MPH. The contact was able to pull to the side of the road, and the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle failed to restart and was towed to Landers Nissan (371 Goodman Rd E, Southaven, MS 38671). The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
