2025 Nissan Pathfinder Other Problems

Your windshield is causing double vision and distortion, especially at night when looking at lights. The problem gets worse the further away the object is, but improves when you look through the top of the windshield. Since your car is brand new with no visible damage, this may be a manufacturing defect in the glass itself. The dealership may need to replace the windshield to resolve the optical distortion.

While parked back rear glass shattered spontaneously. No object stuck glass. No visible sign of impact. Car was not moving and sitting still. This was a safety issue for rear 3rd seat passengers. No warnings were present

While driving along a 2-lane country road the glass in the panoramic sunroof suddenly exploded. Glass shards rained down into the passenger compartment. Luckily no cuts or other injuries were incurred. The could have been a more serious situation had my wife swerved the vehicle when the glass exploded. I am currently at the dealership for them to examine it. I am aware that this has been a known issue on previous Pathfinder models as well.
