The seatbelt that serves the middle row center seat detached from its attachment point during normal use without an accident. We are the original owners of the car with no accidents. My daughter has sat in that seat for 4.5 years and 50,000 miles.

The driver's belt buckle receiver started malfunctioning and would click, but the seat belt would not lock at 93k miles. The belt would come unlatched while driving. The red release button would stick in the down position as well.
