2016 Honda Civic Electronic Stability Control Esc Service Brakes Problems

I purchased my 2016 civic ex in november 2015. Very soon after I noticed 4 notifications on the touchscreen regarding brake system failure. I brought the vehicle in to the service department and was told those notifications were from manufacturing and were most likely not cleared during intake walkthrough.

Randomly I receive the following error message on my screen when starting my car, "brake system problem". The only way for me to remove the error is to start with my car in park, and move from r, n, d, s, l, and back up to park again. Then I press the break hold on, then break hold off, parking break on, then parking break off, turn off the car, then turn the car back on and the error goes away.
