2015 Honda Accord Electronic Stability Control Esc Problems

I got my car brand new off the lot.ive had it for 5 years now.every day in summer my camera in the windshield gets overheated.now I have a code3 camera /collision detection failed notice flashing and my fcw and ldw lights on .I feel it has a default in the windshield camera from being over heated all these years

Buy grand new 2015 honda accord ex and drving only 67 miles get the check engine light come on when driving on city street indicate thetraction symbol and steering wheel symbol problem . Bring the car back to dealer for fixed and been told that the v-tech solenoid is bad , they have to replace a new one and test drive for 20 miles to see if problem still occur ( don't make any sense )

When the car starts driving first thing in the morning on cold days there there a brief buzzing sound coming from the front right side of the car. This is more pronounced and regular when traction control comes on. It didn't happen for the first 2 and half years bit now is is quite common.
