On april 9, 2021 we found the seatbelt buckle would not latch on the rear passenger side. I notified the ford dealership on monday, april 12, the service representative scheduled me to bring the edge in on april 22. On further inspection I found the seatbelt buckle to be broken.

My children and I were in a collision that was so bad the car was totaled. Sometime in the middle of the collision the driver seat belt and the passager's seat belt behind the driver came unclipped. We were wearing them and the proof is on our chests from the burn.
