Your 2019 Dodge Durango's brake system may not be responding properly when you press the pedal, causing the vehicle to slow down gradually and become difficult to control—your husband experienced this when approaching a red light, with the car swerving across the road. You may also notice the 4-Wheel Drive and traction control warning lights staying on, the steering wheel shuddering severely when reversing, and the electronic stability control not working. The dealer has been unable to fix the problem despite multiple visits. Your vehicle may need hydraulic brake system repairs or component replacement to restore proper braking response and vehicle control.

My car has 7000 miles on it and the brake light is stuck on thanks to a faulty reading in the ABS system. This also causes the car to think someone is in the car because the brake pedal is being pressed. It is illegal to operate a car without the brake lights working properly not to mention unsafe. My car has been setting in the driveway for over 3 months and Chrysler is in no hurry to repair it. The ABS module part has a superseded part number so they obviously have addressed the faulty part. I paid a lot for a car that has become a driveway accessory. How long can they drag their feet? They are losing repeat customers.
