Owner Complaints (3)
Your car vibrates across a wide range of speeds (2 to 60 mph) and makes a low growling noise, which the dealer has confirmed multiple times but refuses to repair. The dealer has identified slippage in the torque converter as the likely cause, but GM has told you to wait until the problem worsens rather than fix it now. After visiting the dealer over six times without a resolution, you're concerned the vibration could damage other components and don't feel safe driving the car out of town. Fixing this will likely require the dealer to rebuild or replace the transmission.

Air recirculation button has never worked since I bought my vehicle brand new in 3/2023. It continuously brings outside air in.
Getting vibration and loud noise at 35 to 40 mph since taking delivery. Have contacted dealership and they are waiting for GM to respond. I have seen similar complaints about drive line and drive axle complaints for earlier model year Chevrolet equinox.
