Your factory-installed Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season tires wore out dangerously fast—showing severe tread wear and causing hydroplaning and traction loss at just 18,000–23,456 miles, even though the UTQG 500 rating suggests they should last 40,000–50,000 miles. You may experience slipping, poor stability, and handling issues in wet or dry conditions as the tires degrade prematurely. The dealer confirmed the tread depth dropped to 1–2 mm (unsafe levels) far earlier than expected, and BMW notes this premature failure is typical for this OEM tire. Addressing this will likely require tire replacement with a different brand or model that offers better durability and traction performance.

Only 18,000 miles driven and they are down to 3/32nds. Unacceptable. Vehicle is a 2022 BMW and tires have been rotated and tire pressure checked weekly. Completely unsafe now.
