Your brake pedal travels all the way to the floor when you press it, indicating a brake system failure. Even after the dealer replaced the brake booster, the problem continued, and during a 32 mph drive, your brakes completely failed, causing you to crash into another vehicle—and your airbags did not deploy during the collision. The dealer was unable to identify or fix the underlying issue despite multiple service attempts.
