Owner Complaints (7)
Your 2021 Venza's front door won't open using the keyless entry system or key fob — both failed to unlock the door when you tried them. This is particularly concerning because you rely on a scooter lift to enter the vehicle, and the inability to open the door safely creates a fall risk and limits your mobility. The dealer estimates the repair at around $800. The fix will likely involve diagnosing and repairing the door latch mechanism and/or the keyless entry and key fob receiver systems.

While driving we noticed a line in the windshield. After inspection we realized that the line is actually a crack. It started at the base in the right corner (passenger side). No rocks or any impact with any objects.
On May 19, 2021, 5 days after purchasing the 2021 Venza XLE, I got a rock peck about 6 inches from the bottom on the driver side center of the windshield. I was on my way home and stopped by a windshield repair shop to see if it could be repaired to avoid further damage. The repair shop said it could and to return the following noon with the car. By the following morning, the small peck had turned into a 12 inch long run. Now it's about 30 inches long. A replacement windshield ($964 for the part) has been ordered but is on back-order with no projected delivery date. There are no aftermarket options.
