Your rear tire exploded without warning while driving at 75 mph on the highway, shortly after a tire rotation at Walmart. You nearly lost control of your vehicle. The tire had only about 10,000 miles on it. The issue may have been caused by improper installation, damage during rotation, or a defective tire, which would require inspection and likely replacement of the affected tire.
