Your driver's seat back caught fire and burned a 2-inch by 2-inch hole through the material. This is a serious fire hazard that requires immediate attention. The seat will need to be replaced or the damaged section repaired by a professional.

The drivers side front seat. The heated seat over heats. The seat left a quarter size blister on my right side buttocks. I do have a case number with Toyota.
