THE CONTACT WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL ONCE THE AUTHORITIES ARRIVED AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH PERMANENT RIGHT EYE BLINDNESS. THE CONTACT ALSO SUFFERED MINOR ABRASIONS TO THE FACE, THE THREE OTHER PASSENGERS IN THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED NO INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. DUE TO THE FAILURE, THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT TOW YARD WHERE HIS INSURANCE DEEMED THE VEHICLE A TOTAL LOSS UPON INSPECTION.
