Your car feels like it's wobbling while driving, similar to having a bubble or blister in a tire. Even though your vehicle is only 4 years old with 44,000 miles, an inspection by both a tire shop and the Toyota dealership found that all four tires are damaged — the internal belt cords have snapped, exposing the nylon and steel belts underneath. This damage puts your vehicle at risk of a blowout on any of the four tires. The fix will require replacing all four tires.
