Your engine and traction control warning lights came on. The dealer replaced several transmission parts, but the problem returned. Your engine then stalled while driving on the highway and wouldn't restart easily—it stalled again after restarting. The dealer identified that your throttle body assembly needs replacement to fix the issue.

Your Land Cruiser has extensive rust damage throughout the frame and structural components that makes it unsafe to drive. The frame has holes and hollow sections, the transmission cross member is severely rusted and at risk of breaking off, and the sway bar mount has rusted away from the vehicle. The front brake components including calipers and rotors are also heavily rusted. The frame will likely need to be replaced to address these safety concerns.

CONSUMER HAD PULLED PARTIALLY INTO GARAGE AND SHUT OFF VEHICLE. CONSUMER THEN REMOVED SOME ITEMS FROM VEHICLE, RESTARTED VEHICLE TO PULL COMPLETELY INTO GARAGE. CONSUMER HAD SHIFTED TO PARK, AND DROPPED AN ITEM ON GARAGE FLOOR. WENT TO PICK UP ITEM, AND TRANSMISSION HAD SHIFTED INTO REVERSE ON ITS OWN, RUNNING INTO THE DRIVER. DRIVER WAS KILLED.
