Your vehicle has unexpectedly slipped out of Park gear while stationary, causing it to roll backward while the engine raced. This happened at least twice — once while parked in the driveway and again while parked in the garage. The issue involves the transmission's ability to hold the vehicle in Park, and may require inspection or replacement of transmission components like the park pawl mechanism or transmission fluid.

Your vehicle's throttle pedal accelerates on its own when the engine is cold, especially in freezing weather before the engine fully warms up. When you release the throttle, the vehicle continues accelerating for several seconds before stopping. The throttle cable and throttle body have already been checked and cleaned without fixing the problem.
