Your instrument cluster gauges light up at night even when your headlights are off, which can trick you into thinking your headlights are on when they're not. This means you could drive at night without any lights on, making it hard for other drivers to see you and creating a serious collision risk. The fix would involve reprogramming or redesigning the instrument cluster backlighting to only activate when the headlights are actually turned on.
