Your four Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra tires (245/60/R20) developed cracks on the sidewalls and around the tire beads after only about 20,000 miles of use, even though they were relatively new replacement tires installed in 2022. The tire dealer told you this was normal wear, but you've reported it to the tire manufacturer as a potential defect. Bridgestone may need to inspect the tires or provide a warranty replacement if the damage is found to be a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear.
