Your windshield cracked on its own while parked in the garage, without any impact or accident. Your windshield cracked in the upper right corner during a rainstorm and has since spread to about 4 inches long. The dealer confirmed the windshield needs replacement, but it's not covered under your bumper-to-bumper warranty despite your car having only 7,900 miles. The estimated replacement cost is $1,400, and you'll need a new windshield installed.
