While driving at 65 mph, your brake pedal failed to stop the vehicle, forcing you to use the parking brake to come to a stop. The issue was traced to an inner plastic tube in the hose from the power steering pump that became jammed in the power brake valve. The repair involves replacing or clearing the blocked brake hose and checking the power brake valve system.
