Your rear brake lights aren't working properly, and police notified you of the issue. When you pressed the brake pedal while driving at about 20 mph, the pedal sank all the way to the floor. Your vehicle was towed to the dealer, but the exact cause hasn't been identified yet. The dealer will need to diagnose and repair the brake system, which may involve replacing brake fluid, brake lines, or the brake master cylinder.
