Your airbag warning light stays on even after you restart the car. This means your airbags may not deploy properly if you're in an accident, which is a serious safety concern. The problem likely requires diagnostic scanning and possibly repair or replacement of airbag system components.

Your Jeep was hit broadside at approximately 50 mph in a t-bone accident, but the airbags failed to deploy while airbags in the other two larger vehicles involved in the crash deployed properly. The Jeep driver sustained multiple injuries as a result of the airbags not deploying. The airbag system may need diagnostic testing and sensor replacement to determine why deployment didn't occur.

Your airbag warning light turned on while driving on the highway, and it flickered on and off before staying on solid. Your vehicle hasn't been in any accidents or off-road use, so this appears to be a malfunction. The airbag system will need diagnostic testing to identify the fault, which could involve checking sensors, wiring, or the airbag control module.
