Your car's collision avoidance system unexpectedly activated and applied the brakes while you were changing lanes onto an off-ramp, even though there were no other vehicles nearby. Your car also tried to steer you back into the main lane and displayed a collision warning beep. The system appears to have reacted incorrectly, as there was nothing around that should have triggered the safety feature.
