The contact owns a 2025 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that after opening the electronic passenger side sliding door, the door failed to electronically close while pressing the close button. The contact exited the vehicle and manually closed the door. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 3,000.
