Your rear passenger's side seat belt won't buckle properly when someone tries to fasten it. This happened at around 50,000 miles on your 2011 Honda Civic. The seat belt needs to be inspected and likely replaced to ensure your passengers are properly secured in case of an accident.

Two of your back seat belts have come unattached from the car during normal use — the driver-side back buckle and the middle back seat belt. Since your infant daughter rides in the back seat, this is a serious safety concern. The seat belts need to be reattached and inspected to ensure they function properly.

The front passenger seat belt on your 2011 Honda Civic has become stuck and locked beside the seat due to a design issue with how the seat is built. You can't use this seat belt until it's fixed, which means you can't safely transport a passenger in that seat. The local Honda dealer hasn't been helpful in addressing the issue. You may need to contact Honda directly or seek a repair at an independent shop, which will likely involve inspecting the seat belt mechanism and seat assembly to free the stuck belt and address the underlying design problem.

DRIVER'S SEATBELT DOES NOT RETRACT CORRECTLY WHEN I TAKE IT OFF. HANGS EXTREMELY LOOSE INTO DOOR WELL AND HAS TO BE SLOWLY AND MANUALLY RETRACTED INTO UPPER RETRACTION UNIT. I AM NOT VERY COMFORTABLE OR SURE IT IS OPERATING CORRECTLY IN THE CASE OF AN ACCIDENT. DEALER (KUHN HONDA IN TAMPA, FL) SAYS THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. BUT IF THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, WHY DOES IT NOT RETRACT AND HANG SO LOOSELY IN THE DOORWAY? NO OTHER CAR I HAVE EVER DRIVEN, HAS HAD A SEATBELT SO VERY LOOSE. I HAVE SPOKEN TO AMERICAN HONDA, AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO ADMIT THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR, AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, THE CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY. *TR
