Your dashboard warning lights are coming on and the dashboard display goes dark, followed by your engine shutting off and restarting, especially on interstate highways. This happens without any warning, and your dealer has visited you 4 times over 5 months without identifying the cause. You suspect an electrical system issue that could potentially cause serious injury or death.

Your power liftgate is closing on its own without warning, even when you're not using the key fob and your foot or head might be underneath it. This has happened multiple times and hit you and family members, though no injuries occurred. Ford dealers and engineers have been unable to identify or fix the problem.

Your front driver's side seat heater burned your lower back while in use, causing an injury serious enough to require emergency room treatment. The burn has made it difficult to do daily activities. When you took the car to the dealer, they couldn't reproduce the problem, so no repair was made, though Ford has opened a case to investigate. The issue may involve a malfunctioning heating element or thermostat control in the seat heater.

Your Ford Sync infotainment system is malfunctioning—the touchscreen won't respond to commands, occasionally shows a black screen, and sometimes activates features like the defroster on its own. The dealer has reset the system multiple times, but the problem keeps happening. Ford has opened a case to investigate what appears to be a software issue.

Good day. I purchased a 2024 Ford Edge SEL in March 2024. I would like to call your attention to the vehicle's horn. I was unable to alert a truck driver who was backing up that he was going to back inro my car. The horn for the vehicle is extremely weak, in fact too weak to be audible to a driver in front of you who has their car windows closed. It is inaudible in that instance nor is it audible over traffic noise or rain. In my case, the only thing that stopped the truck continuing its reversing was my vehicle - he couldn't continue moving. It resulted in $5,800.00 front-end damage to my vehicle.
