While driving at highway speed, your driver's seat headrest suddenly sprang forward and struck you in the back of your head, causing disorientation and a headache. The headrest appears to be spring-loaded, and something inside failed unexpectedly, causing it to deploy. Your headrest is now compressed and temporarily held in place with zip ties and needs to be replaced.
