Your rear bumper is melting near the exhaust pipes on both sides of your vehicle, even though there's no record of an accident. The dealer says the exhaust pipes may have shifted position, while independent mechanics suggest they need to be extended away from the bumper. The manufacturer won't cover the repair under warranty. Fixing this will likely require either replacing the exhaust system or repositioning the exhaust pipes to move them away from the bumper.
