I am writing because we received a 2nd recall letter about our 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ZR2. It has the recall for the catastrophic engine failure and neither GM or Chevrolet seem interested in helping us. The Chevrolet representative from the BBB said yesterday that we did not qualify for any thing, no buy back and no financial compensation.
