Your truck hesitates and jerks when you press the gas pedal, and occasionally loses power during acceleration. The check engine light is on, and a mechanic found a fuel pump fault code (P0452). The fuel pump was replaced once, but the problem came back, suggesting the fuel pump may need replacement again or there could be a related fuel system issue.

MY 2017 SIVERADO WITH LESS THAN 50,000 MILES IS AT THE DEALERSHIP, DUE TO A DEFECTIVE FUEL INJECTOR ON THE #7 CYLINDER. I AM BEING TOLD IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY, AND THAT I WILL HAVE TO BARE THE COST OF THE REPAIR. I DO NOT FEEL THAT ON A TWO YEAR OLD VEHICLE, THAT THE FUEL INJECTOR SHOULD FAIL, NOR SHOULD I BARE THE COST OF REPLACEMENT. I AM NOT ASKING FOR A RESOLUTION, I JUST WANT OTHER TO BE AWARE OF THE DEFECT.
