Your 2023 BMW X3 has automatic high beams with an anti-dazzle feature that's technically in the car but has been disabled by BMW due to older U.S. legislation. Although U.S. laws have since changed to allow this feature, BMW has kept it turned off in your vehicle, which reduces visibility at night. The owner is concerned that this is a safety issue and that BMW should re-enable the feature on all affected vehicles.
